These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from The Clarix
("we," "us," "our") through this website. By placing an order, you
agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our formulas are dietary supplements made on demand. All products are
subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or
discontinue any product at any time.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any
applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed
securely at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct any
pricing errors, even after an order has been placed; if we do, we'll
notify you and offer the option to confirm or cancel.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your
order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion,
including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a
recurring basis (every 30 days by default) until you cancel. You can
cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time — see our
Subscription Cancellation Policy. We send a reminder before each order
ships.

SHIPPING & RISK
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For
delivery times and costs, see our Shipping Policy. We currently ship
within the United States only.
